If they imprison a military veteran for this "safe act" what does that say of their government and their laws?

Can they bite that bullet and invite that dialogue. Will they? What will be the court of public opinion be? What do they stand to lose?


This is not just a common citizen they are dealing with, it appears he is an American warrior.

He should feel lucky that he got a light sentence on an unconstitutional law? If everybody lies down and takes it then it will never change.
