Man sent to jail for collecting rainwater

Well, yeahhh. That's kinda what the timeline shows. The main point is , when you change the way the water flows or how much there is of it, somebody somewhere is gonna take exception. I live off of West Point lake and work in the water industry so I can see both sides of the issue. The man should be allowed to enjoy his property but on the other hand, stopping the water kills streams and all that they support, including municipal water systems.

If Im not mistaken Fl keeps *****en that it will kill off 1 type of salamader "not sure if its the right animal"
