Mandatory Pic upon posting in classifieds

I cannot stand when someone (usually a newbie) post something for sale, then I have to go and google what it looks like if Im unfamiliar with it.
I want to suggest that a pic (stock or real) must be displayed within 1hr of posting the ad. If no pic, the poster must either:
1. Remove said item (or mod) and face a 1pt issue
or
2. Pay $20 to the ODT

its not hard, you post something for sale, include a pic. If your item is LNIB/New or even used in great condition, a stock photo would be nice and acceptable

A lot of tire kickers want to look at pics but have no interest in item and have no plans to make offer. Just part of selling/trading. You have to sift through the masses to find serious buyers and traders. Can get tedious.

Sometimes I don't have time to post a picture. Or the picture is on my phone or I can't post a picture cause I'm on my iPad. Plus sme of these newbies don't fully know how to operate the site. Cut um a break man, pictures are not that big a deal.
