I know two guys who are vendors who will be at the Expo show and not at the ODT show. One is a newer FFL and that’s ok the other is a longtime member, also though are those guys contractually obligated to show up for the RK shows like old criminal Eastman did them?

I've not heard that. And Fat Matt ( RIP) only gave you crappie tables if you went to other shows unless he didn't have one on that weekend.

Ok and don’t mean to totally rip Mr. Eastman just heard some negative things over the years with price minimums etc, could all be BS.

Eastman absolutely controlled prices. Lol

Cherokee Gun and Pawn was one of them that couldn't come to a Eastman show because of their prices.

*Important thing to know*

It says that you can start setting up at 0700 on Saturday morning. Do NOT get there that early, you’ll be sitting in your truck for at least 30 minutes.

I helped with an event there last week, and happened to speak with the lady who runs the Civic Center - she was surprised when I said I’d be there at 0700… said she would be lucky to get there to open the doors by 7:15, and then had to get Okuma set up, and only after THAT could us vendors be let in.

So…7:30-8:00 is a better estimate

We've never had that problem in the past and this is my fourth show. The back doors have always opened at 7:00.

Has anyone officially invited the major gun stores /pawn shops (the good guys) in the area to do these shows? They could just bring their used guns and maybe a selection of desirable items and would make a fortune, even the ones who don’t do gun shows should get in on this.

Count me out of this boondoggle. Can't set up Friday. Vendor check‐in at the front entrance when vendors should be coming through to set up their tables.

I'm sorry ODT lost money at the Macon show (I'm assuming ODT lost money), but I don't believe I'm physically able to set up in 2.5 hours. Shame; I've enjoyed the previous shows.

Anybody wanting a Booth for half price, shoot me a PM.

prices are bad enough why bring in higher than giraffe ass vendors?

May just be the end of odt shows with a cluster **** at the back door all morning
