Found my answer.
Where is it ?
Extreme far right, in "Forums" tab right after "Members."
I zoomed in to make page bigger, and it disappeared. I zoomed smaller, and it reappeared.
Something about the webpage layout that makes it disappear, instead of moving flush left in the column beneath "New Posts" I guess.

Yeah still a no go for IPhone
I posted here so other folks that might have the same issue might find a solution.
