Marlin 336 Makeover

[Huey Deer Processing]

Took an absolutely beat to $hit Marlin 336 from the early 70’s and breathed some new life into it.
Ranger Point Precision foreend, RPP trigger, and a Magpul stock because I don’t care for how Ranger Point stocks look.
I thought tactical lever guns were dumb at one point but once you use your weapon mounted light to shoot a couple hogs 30 minutes before sunrise you’ll start wanting to put a light on everything that you hunt with.

Just the new trigger alone made a world of difference, can’t beat it for $100.

Just need to get around to getting it sighted in now.

Finally got around to sighting it in along with my Ruger SFAR .308.

Was about 2.5moa at 50 yards, shot #8 was from 10 yards to see where it hits up close.

And to prove I’m not just a crappy shot got sub moa with the SFAR, shots #5 and #6 were at 10 yards.

Very nice, after hunting season is over and you're tired of wiping down that old bluing you should send her to me for a Cerakote makeover.
