Mauser Bolt

I disassembled my 98 pattern bolt yesterday, and got it back together, but now, when I take the safety off, the firing pin moves partway forward and I can't re-engage the safety without removing the bolt and recocking it on a hard surface. Any advice on what I did wrong?

Nevermind, got it. Got a lot more cosmoline out of it once I got the bolt apart, too.
