So, you were at the Cherokee County airport?
yep..didnt know she was here..and i occasionally ride to the runway to watch the planes land..i was surprised!
She lives there every winter for maintenance. I need to go see her again. Cool plane.
I gotta check this out. I have a 250 dual sport will have to ride that way sometime.

Awesome! I'll check it out later this Fall. B-17 is one of my favorite planes from WWII. When I was going to school at WPAFB, the museum staff took us on a private tour of the aircraft. We were able to go into the B-17 and sit in most of the stations. What surprised me the most was how small and cramped it was on the inside. Look huge to me from the outside.
