Shep simply does not look well. Perhaps (hopefully) this is a way to simply move him on. But Megyn doesn't seem like her niche is reporting news and I assume they'd want to keep a news slot at that time. Rather she seems to really shine when she's emabarassing the likes of O'Reily etc....

I would be 100% ok with her replacing Oreilly. The guy is against all types of guns being owned.
