The new evening schedule for the Fox News Channel will begin on Oct. 7, with Megyn Kelly's new show, "The Kelly File," premiering at 9 p.m.

The cable network said on Tuesday that “On the Record” with Greta Van Sustren will air at 7 p.m., followed by “The O’Reilly Factor,” hosted by Bill O'Reilly, which continues at 8 p.m.

“Hannity,” whose host is Sean Hannity, follows Kelly's show at 10 p.m.

Throughout the evening, Shepard Smith, Fox's chief news anchor and managing editor, will provide breaking-news reports from the Fox News Desk, the network said.​
