Haha. I’ve been down this road before and trust me, by the time the Thread dies it will be because you’re a “Low-Baller”.

Even if the offer is perceived to be low, there is some benefit in responding “no, thanks. Offer too low”. It creates dialogue, and just maybe a counteroffer. Maybe even a deal made.

From my experience, if I respond to a low offer, I get nothing back. They are just fishing for desperate sellers. Usually Id at least try to make a deal by splitting the difference or something, but they never respond.
