Pyne Road park on West Point lake is NOT Corp of Engineer and is 5-10 minutes drive to a 10 point 100 yard public range. But I neither know of nor would want to go to any place with live-fire "bivouac" characteristics. Even in the Army we didn't mix live-fire with training maneuvers. Maybe I misunderstood though
