Merrell Moab

I wear Wolverine steel toe boots 12 to 14hrs a days mostly walking on cement and submarine steel. At the end of the day my feet and knees don't hurt. This is the only boot so far I can say that about.
Wolverine Herrin. 8". Best boot I've ever worn (and I've worn a lot). Unfortunately, they haven't been made in years.

anybody wear these shoes daily?

i hear good things on these shoes but a lot of reviews
are paid for these days. ok so whats your experience
with these or Merrell in general?
WHAT MODEL BOOT ARE YOU WEARING?
I wear Moab 2 Vent Mid Hiking boots in the woods, and Merrell Moab 2 Vent Hiking shoes daily. Last May Amazon had the hiking shoes for $60 per pair and I grabbed two as I had been paying upwards of $100 each in prior years. The last pair of vent-mid boots were purchased in 2020 for $88. I have three pairs of boots and four pairs of hiking shoes. I still have my first pair from 2015 which I use for painting the house. The other older ones are my yard shoes/boots. You can't go wrong with Merrell Moab 2s. I prefer the hiking shoes for daily use and walking exercise. I chose them because I found them to be very supportive for my feet as I was doing lots of walking then. I have found them to be true to size and I wear an 11.5 EE.

Wear them in a wet restaurant tile kitchen and then come talk to me
I’ve worn them in just about every environment you could think of, from polished floors in buildings, homes, and jails to snow and ice.
Nothing will do great in some areas, because of the cooking grease that settles. But that’s not the boots fault. Something that can get good traction in that environment won’t last a week out and about the rest of the world.
The Tactical Research are just slightly better, Oakley (can’t remember the model name) the tactical version, offer, by far the best traction. You will trip yourself if you are not careful, until you get used to them. They last a good while, but look worn out pretty quick.
