I took the glass breaker off of mine and blew air through it… then wd40 dry lube… it fixed the same problem you’re having.

I dribbled a few drops in, covered the hole with my thumb and shook it up a bit and black goo came dribbling out the end. I gave it one hard shake and then deployed it and black spray went all over the shop towel. Works good as new! Little bit a lube and she's back in the pocket.
