Get a better lawyer I went thru 4 and in the end got results. As mentioned you will live with a lifetime of pain. Believe me it ****ing sucks my hands hurt so bad I can’t even jack off some days. You think it hurts now what till you get older or the weather changes. I don’t know all your legal issues but I would not give up unless you was at fault as well

Doesn’t have to do with my lawyer. He’s been great, he’s actually barely paying himself cause he feels bad for me and how I’m getting screwed over. More so has to do with my union insurance and my settlement (minimum insurance) was nothing considering my damages so I got screwed over twice. And I’ve learned a lot about insurance coverage as well. I guess in a way, some of it is my own fault for the coverage i had on the bike

Which probably was barley enough to cover your medical.
Can’t you sue the individual and or the insurance company?

I trust my lawyer and if not, my girl has a fancy lawyer recommended from my mom who works for the court system in dekalb county and got the same results money wise as me. As for the individual, he has nothing, no collateral. Doesn’t own a home and has a low paying job. I’ll bring it up again but said he could file bankruptcy and that’s that.
