I have also known realtors that were realturds so there is that...
Maybe some realtors just enjoy being realturds, maybe start a poll?

They will definitely take care of you, may not be the fastest depending on their work load but their customer service is really good.
Just insure it for double MAP and hope UPS "looses it".
