Do you want a $500 knife because you just like the cool design, or are you truly wanting a Microtech, just to have a Microtech?

DHGate has some quality copies of a lot of the MT line, make sure you are looking at the VESPA line. Really nice work, not cheap, but less than half the price of the MT. Great materials.

I have one, the Combat Troodon dagger, and it's awesome. I have an actual Microtech and inside and outside, I can't tell the difference, the quality is that good.

the cheap $30 China’s stuff is crap. The $140-$200 stuff isn’t. S35VN steel and expertly CNC machined. I watched a lot of reviews of the VESPA line and ended up buying one, and just bought a second. I also have a couple genuine Hogue automatics, 2 Microtech, a Brian Tighe custom OTF and a Gaurdian Tactical Recon... the VESPA is as well made as any of them.

just dissing them because of the country of origin shows ignorance. Apple products are made in China, and they don’t suffer from quality issues typically.

Although I find it amusing that China rips of Anthony by using his company name, designs, etc..... because I personally think he is a douche bag.


But it does seem I bit shady and unpatriotic supporting a company stealing money and jobs from Americans.

they aren’t marking them as Microtech but they clearly laser scanned a Microtech into a cnc machine and the materials are top notch...
