Problem with that is you run the risk of serious collateral damage. We don't have a battlefield, America is the battlefield, so to dispatch an a10, or other heavy weaponry would destroy buildings Ans other areas. Course then again, if shtf Ans he's dispatching f16's after us, someone get a party going at the airport and spaghetti junction. Think I've already come up with a way to win....

You lack insight. I was speaking on the mindset of military people both enlisted and officer who have gone through the military indoctrination process. We'll see how big and bad you are after they knock down your door and put your loved ones on, or in the ground. I got out a long time ago, but I was in long enough to learn how the system works, and how to survive.

LOL, The oath I swore to in 1969 upon entering the Army must have been alot different than the one you took concerning the constitution. I have seen 1st hand in a war zone men refuse orders from higher-up due to illegalalities of such orders and rightfully so and were proven justifiable so the indoctrination you underwent does'nt fly with me. As for as me being big & bad, I have never said such, found out at the age of 19 I bleed, really bad and have had the Sh&t scared out of me more times than I hope NEVER to remember. I'm happy as you stated you "know how to survive", I knew many who had that same knowledge too, many with alot more knowledge than me but they simply did'nt and now their names on a long BLACK WALL.

Ever had an "orange member"?

Looks like this could be a bs game of chicken......Govt has the squawk......Farmer has the shotgun.....and a lot more guns than there are alphabet goons that do not believe in civil liberties of the American citizen.......not gonna be fun, but they are waaaaaaayyyyy outnumbered and they know it. That's why all the propaganda. F em. !!!!!!!

That would be a losing battle. Heart wouldn't be in it and the body count would go through the roof. You think a non-shooting haji was bad wait until you run into a few retired green berets.

Based on your Avatar, I can imagine you did more than serve chow in the Army. Based on that, then I will also conclude that your smart enough to know that a good portion of your LEO's especially on SWAT and other teams are also vets of some elite military units..... They are the same guys mowing the lawn like you, buying guns, shooting guns, paying taxes and have the same fed up attitude we all have.

I don't know about the rest of you military guys but I know the one thing that scares me on a battle field is a sniper. America may not be full of real AK 47s like the rest of the world but it is full of well made bolt action rifles in the hands of people that love to shoot and are capable of printing groups out to a 1000 yards. The tactics we employed in Iraq and Afghanistan would not be effective against an army of snipers. Sticking your head out of a turret or simply walking down the street would be suicide.

^^^THIS^^^

Snipers have the highest kill ratios of any member of the military and America is a land filled to overflowing with snipers. Experts in camouflage and shooting skills that match the terrain where they live.

As for the A-10? It can't kill you if it can't find you.

Yep.

2nd week in country my buddy was hit just over his clavical and out his back by a 7.62x54 (we found it in the back portion of his body armor). He lived and was fine physically about 6 weeks later. He was standing maybe 5 feet from me. I never heard the shot and have no clue what direction it was fired from. In addition, it was it a very crowded market area full of families and people.

I spent the entire remainder of my deployment terrified of a sniper. It gets in your head and at times can prevent you from truely being alert, fear can overcome many things regardless of how tough you think you are.

Oh yeah Lima Company 3rd Battalion. Yeah I received a broken nose right off the bus on the yellow foot prints lol. Heck we gonna definitely have to get them Cheetos !

Please keep the Cheetos fetish private via pm lol, we don't need any more "orange member"
