but per your OP you could have tried spelling it for the kid. at a time where the labor force is supposedly short staffed with people not wanting to work are you really going to irritated about an employee TRYING to help you. ignorance cant be blamed if someone is new to something

i mean, go to lowes and see if an employee will even approach you with water if you were standing in an aisle on fire

Matter of fact, I DID spell it out for the kid. As far as trying to help me, he walked around me for about 10 minutes and didn't ask me about anything until I was headed for the door.
