When I was in high school I was tasked with writing an essay, and I started that essay with an introduction involving me driving my first car to school, and listening to "MOBY IN THE MORNING" on the FM country radio station.

(EDITED: Correction-- that must have been in undergraduate college. I was already out of high school before he got on Kicks 101.5 FM to do his morning radio show for the Atlanta audience).

I met that guy once at a concert I was working. If I remember correctly he and several others had a dj radio table set up and he gave me a t-shirt. I've met so many radio personalities, not all of them were having a good day but he seemed like a genuinely good guy

Me and my son used to listen to his show every morning on his way to school. I would let my son call in, he loved it. He would mail stuff to my son and we met him once at an event he was doing. He was a good guy and will truly be missed.
