Mostly Colt uppers thru the ages...

To my knowledge Colt Canada/Diemaco only ever shipped them to LE agencies, circa 2005, in 4 configurations. Clyde has the 11.5 with the Surefire M73 rail in stock if you are looking for one of those. Otherwise you could find a used military surplus stripped upper receiver, I believe Diemaco was a gov contractor for replacement parts.

They are about $150 stripped and well used. Clyde's is reaching @ $1000 even complete.

My agency bought numerous Colt M4LE “Double Bullet” carbines in 2005 that came through Andrew’s store in Bogart.

Almost all of them were 100% Hartford builds, but 3 or 4 of them had Hartford M4LE lowers with Colt Canada Diemaco uppers. Both the uppers and BCGs were “Stylized D” marked. I don’t remember what the barrel markings were.

Here is a pic of one of the bolt carries with a deep “Stylized D” stamp.

Those uppers should have CHF barrels. They are marked “CC” or C but the style is different than the US rollmarks.
I’m sure they were marked that way, I just don’t remember. They were 100% Diemaco uppers according to the Colt rep. I spoke with him personally about it because I was so intrigued by them. He stated from time to time Colt Hartford would use Colt Diemaco parts when needed.

If they were still around I would look. They were replaced years ago because they were shot out to the point they were about 6 MOA barrels and had some significant erosion starting at the barrel leade and extending about an inch toward the muzzle.
