Moving an A/C unit

I am starting an addition onto the back of my house. I am needing to move the outside unit over about 6 feet or so. I had a friend lined up to help me but he didn't check with his social coordinator before he told me he would help, turns out he's going out of town. I am wanting somebody that knows what they are doing for this, not a weekend youtube warrior. I know I've seen some highly recommended people here but I can't seem to find them.

Do you need to move power and line sets(refrigerator lines)?

The ditch going up to the right side will be the edge of the new slab. The unit will need to move over to the right

Not sure what code is. But I'm guessing the breaker will have to be moved as well
