Anyone ever try to put a retractable stock from a 22lr Mp5 on a 9mm?
I haven't put hands on the 22lr myself but from what I understand they are a dimensionally the same.
EDIT, after further research, no.

Don't these units have a buffer built in to that rear piece? I'd think that's caliber specific (but could be wrong)

I've got a 1913 adapter on the way and a Maxim Defense CQB brace that I'm hoping will work. I'll have to see where the rails retract in relation to the safety. Right now I have it on a Kriss Vector .22

Someone on Reddit /r MP5 found a $150 airsoft that will fit with minor work. Not sure why you'd get a $1500-$3000 gun and cheap out on the stock.
I recently came across a review of the 22lr on YouTube and the guy tried to put his a3 stock on the 22 with no luck so I'm guessing it won't work the other way either.
Im going to sbr my ap5 and just exploring options at this point.
