This article in The Baltimore Sun ssid the gunman has had a long-running feud with the paper, beginning years ago with its news coverage reporting that he had been charged with "criminal harassment."

Yeah, he sounds like a nut to me.
Should criminals who harass oter people and then file frivilous suits over being outed as harassers retain their 2A rights?
Perhaps stalkers and harassers should be invited to a hearing to determine whether they're fit to keep their full set of 2A rights.
Some of these nuts living among us should have restrictions on their 1st Amd. speech rights, their 2nd Amd. gun rights, and their 4th Amd. privacy rights (all their communications should be monitored).

I'm guessing your last two paragraphs are facetious?
Unfortunately this will blow over in a couple of days. It doesn't fit the libs agenda- no AR15. Matter of fact, it hurts them since the gunman used the firearm recommended so highly by Biden for every American to have for HD!
