MUSCLE CARS: The Beauty of Classics & Moderns Super-Cars

Oh no, no no. Full frame and steel body, she screams for more...... I at least 600. 650 is a good sweet spot. It's enough to have extra so you really don't have to push it. And it still has plenty of power when she gets old
I would offer you to drive it from a dead stop. It does not have power steering. It does have power brakes does have a tubular front end and posi rear end.
At 430 hp this car is very hard to keep straight .

Understood. I have a 700hp hot rod myself. At 60mph you punch it, it'll get sideways in a hurry. It has an auto trans, but I never have to change gears. Throttle control will put that car anywhere you want it. Let off the throttle just like a stick to let it change gears so the tires just don't start spinning. :becky:You have a beautiful car

So I decided to look up and see what the fastest production car was. Thinking it well may be the corvette. Corvette has always been a lot car for the money. Anyways there are cars that have well breached the 300MPH mark and beyond. I had no idea. Not only that, some of these cars come with well over 4 million dollar price tag

Are you talking production cars or one-offs? To my knowledge, no production car has ever come near 300MPH. The Corvette Sledgehammer (which you could buy at the time) reached 254MPH. It's absolutely amazing that a regular production Corvette can be driven from the showroom floor to the track and reach 233MPH!!! Even if the first run empties bank accounts of $350,000 or even $400K, it's still a bargain for the car you're getting! There isn't another production car that costs less than $1MM that can reach 230MPH.

Like I said, Corvette is a lot of car for the money. On my search, I typed in fastest production cars. I'm sure they don't make many as there wouldn't be much demand. Yea, pretty cool to have a car track ready right off the showroom floor

I like my 2019 Mustang Shelby GT350. It passed its 5th birthday in July.
