You're probably country if you know a dude named after an inanimate object. I.e. Spoon, Cornbread, Diamond, Train, Pork Chop, Cucumber, etc.

i knew a guy named Flat Top growing up. Even had it on his name patch. I'm not country but HE sure was.

Yeah....the chow hall called it "creamed chipped beef on toast." We called it SOS. I've eaten more of it than I can ever count...There are actually recipes on YT that people have detailed on how to recreate it....I liked it..
