If we could emulate the same life that our pets live, unabashed affection to those around them, provide amusement through their antics and wanting to please others, asking only a scratch behind the ears, a meal and somewhere to curl up at night, we would all be better people. Sounds like Ora-Mae did her job well.

I come this evening with a Heavy BROKEN heart.
Our Sweet Ora-Mae crossed Rainbow Bridge this afternoon.
Back in March, she was diagnosed w/ Kidney Disease.
Our vet was optimistic that it was caught early.
The last few days she ate very little & slept alot. Today she had Kidney failure.
We will surely miss her as well as the Many people she brought smiles to
during our K9Angels therapy visits. She was in her 9th year as a Therapy dog.
I knew the day we rescued her, that One day my heart would be broken.
I just didn't think it would be Today.
