My yard dwelling wildlife is getting shot.

“Hey man, I wanted to talk to you about the groundhogs. I know we talked about it a while back, & I sure appreciate how committed you are to it. I noticed that you’ve been shooting onto my property, & I can’t have that, man. I know you understand, cause I know you wouldn’t want anybody else shooting onto your property, or if you do, that’s up to you, but this is just me. I can’t have it. I also might have accidentally misled you about being ok with traps in my yard. I was thinking you’d have them in your property or the vacant properties, but I really don’t want them in my yard. Again, I appreciate what you’re doing, and I appreciate you understanding that I just can’t be dodging bullets or having the traps in my yard.”
Looks good. That’s a talk though, not a note or email or text. Face to face. Not acceptable to be shooting into/across someone else’s property unless you were specifically granted permission.

Punxsutawney Phil from PA was the OG, I think we call the one around here General Lee, but I may be wrong about that...
Well, I’m torn on this. I was raised to respect the property rights of others. Groundhogs aren’t endangered but should be. They are destructive and useless.

I'm not torn at all on this. The guy is a trespasser tell him face to face to knock it off. I don't care if there is zombie vampire sasquaches in my yard - stay the % out of it.
