The singular word missing from this conversation, and would provide much clarity is BIOLOGICAL.

These mentally ill people prentending to be other than what they are born as should not be given special treatment. Any normal, sane, and reasonably rational adult should be capable of looking the genitalia of an unaltered human and quickly determine Boy or girl. Hence mens or a woman's facillity.

When they control the words you get to use, they have already won the argument.
