Need a VEPR 12 barrel cut, threaded and my Flash Hider permanently attached

I have a VEPR 12 and I want the barrel 18-1/2" including the flash hider. I need a recommendation.

Prefer north side of Atlanta, but will go further if necessary.

Does anyone have a ballpark estimate of what this cost? I'm considering doing the same thing to an AR barrel.
