Need Broken 'Tractor Parts' Stool Welded Back Together for Daughter

Have a tractor part stool my Dad (out of state) made for my daughter. It took a tumble while being moved and the base (disc barrow) separated from the wheel.

Looking for someone near SUWANEE that can weld it back together.
