Need help finding 1891 mauser scope bases

Hi guys I acquired an excellent condition sportered 1891 mauser a while back. I would love to make a good deer rifle with it but I am having a very difficult time finding a scope base or bases to fit the 1891 receiver. I never cared for scout style mounts so I am looking for a one piece base or bases to mount to the receiver. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys.

Has the receiver been drilled & tapped? I *think* they use Weaver #45 and 46 bases, but can't remember for sure.

No sir it hasn’t been tapped yet. I plan to however if I could find the bases ha!

I do have a bunch of bases and screws, hard to figure out what it what... could you identify with just a pic?

Possibly. I believe the rear base will have to be short with a slant notch since the space above the bolt handle is very narrow and the bolt handle would hit where flipped up.
