You need to invest in some damaged screw removal tools like these:

^ This is what you need or a Gator Bit which you can get at Lowes. Just go slow with a drill with decent torque, and it will pop it out. I have the Gator Bits as well as a dremel so PM me if you can't find anything.

Twobogie and myself actually got it sorted out early today. It was heck trying to get the thing off but we finally got it sorted. I have a new problem now that I have a thread on that if like some people smarter then me who know shotguns to take a look at. Thanks everybody for all the help.
