Need license before in the morning!

I need help. My dad asked me to go fishing with him in the morning and I just realized my fishing license have expired. Problem is my printer isn't working. Does anyone know where I can go early in the morning to get my license in Covington ? We were going to go at daylight so I need them early. Any help would be great.

Is there a 24hr fedex office (kinko's) near you? Or go to wally world and buy a cheap printer. I dont think walmart does licenses anymore.

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express! And I don't even own a Smart Phone.
