Need Mosin Help

Besides being a Circle 11 Polish Mosin with a 1952 date on it, what do I have ? Is this a M44 ?? What is this rifle worth ? ( ballpark figure ). Numbers match except the bolt. Any and all help, Comments, would be welcome. Thanks,

It’s not the typical pristine condition (Ie 100% blueing and bright orange stock) but still in very nice condition. Prob close to $450-500 in todays market is the asking but less to actually move it

There’s laser dot serial # on top of reciever which is a tad detrimental to “collector” but that’s all I could see from pics
