There is so much going on right now, no one needs to chase any work, or work cheap for that matter. Try this fall when they're starving.

Or winter when they are trying to find a different career. They don't have time to do that right now, they are too busy playing catchup, looking for help, and trying to keep expensive equipment working.....that's what I heard anyway.
