I found this somewhat by accident and watched the first episode last night, really good. It's hard to believe that the pitmaster for Snow's BBQ is 85.

I've watched a couple episodes trying to get gleam a few nuggets. About the only thing I have gotten is using clean smoke when starting fresh so far. They do me you hungry watching them.
