I just wanted to mention a new little shop specializing in Knives that just opened in the Marietta area. It is located in the Walmart Marketplace Shopping center at Chastain and Canton Road. The gentlemen that own it used to own Ford Hardware near Sandy Plains and Canton Road.
Anyway I stopped in today, they have just moved in recently and are still working on their stock of knives, but if you are into knives it is worth a trip. The currently have a lot of older case pocket knives and the such. They are also trying to get a large assortment of knife making materials and sharpening supplies.
Very friendly atmosphere and if you have something you are interested in now would be the time to let them know, they might start catering to your needs. Just thought I would mention it, to me this is kind of a unique place, a nice blend of old and new.
