Got mine today! but I wasted $5 on dove "license" and another $2.50 transaction Tuesday, before I learned of this which includes the dove license, but for next 10yrs be protected from increases or new "licenses".

Why is there a requirement for a qualifying hunter safety course if the license is annual or longer but not required for one less than annual?
Really??? Never heard that. Makes no sense, but then it is our government at work...
