No. The prosecutor asked the witness if he went to Alabama (which is where he knows the accused from). When he replied 'yes' that he did go to Alabama, the prosecutor replied "We won't hold that against you."

Very much AGREE. I cringed, no need for him to insert himself in this case. wanted his two minutes. strange witness for defense..
