You should decide on a good name with longevity for your trust......something like "The Bite Me Barack Revocable Living Trust" while fun now may lose it's luster down the road (note I said may not will). Now "The Libtards are Losers Revocable Living Trust"....that is a trust name with legs that will go into the next century.
