New to Glock

Picked up a Glock 43 and have been having problems with the trigger reset.
Plan on taking to Glock in Smyrna this week.
Since I have never been down there, is there some where special I have to take it?
Do I have to call and make an appointment or can I just show up.

You can wait on it or come back. Either way they are great people to deal with, just pull up to the gate/guard shack and they will kindly help. Good luck.

Went to Glock today. Long ride from Cumming, but was in and out of there in about 45 minutes.
Issue was corrected and the gun is now working flawlessly.
Good first impression on their customer service.
