Lots of Great Information to be read about here in Reloading Forum on Basic and Beginners setups etc.. These are just a few threads on the Subject. I like the Lee Classic Cast Turret setup myself IMO it would Probably be better suited for Rifle Calibers than the other Lee Classic. An example below, but shop your prices look for Sales or Used Equipment in good shape, they turn up on the Trader here from time to time. I've been using a a Lyman All American Turret Press for many years, I load Pistol and Rifle calibers. I like the Turret Presses, but certainly nothing wrong with a Good Single Stage Press, I have a nice RCBS that I still use from time to time. Welcome to the World of Reloading!

Well getting into reloading is like "getting a little bit pregnant"

Here's some good information as to what you will / will not need to build safe, quality ammunition:

A Lee Classic Turrent Kit willgive you all that you need, plus it will allow you to grow into
a more sophisticated reloader as you can use it as a single stage press to begin with and
then as a progressive turrent when you have the skills and confidence to do so.

I don't know if you have the CS model but if you do, make absolutely sure the safety is pushed ALL the way off. Had a couple FTF's with mine and that was the issue, not the ammo.

may be unneeded advice but heres a few pointers on reloading for the venerable old thumper:
-3031 is a great place to start for powder selection
-dont try going for speed or "hot rodding". medium loads work nicely, letting the gun fill its role so to speak
-watch for a lot of case stretching and case head seperation, which I find to be a problem with .35
- also, (safely) cycle each loaded cartridge through the gun to ensure there are no problems.
keep them trimmed and give them a good crimp to be on the safe side since theyll be in a tubular magazine.
Have fun! its addictive
