IF these new regulations get passed, will it require CLEO signature on all transactions or will it just be a one time thing for each member on the trust and then CLEO signature if you add another person for that person?

There are no final rules yet. Right now the proposal is to add the CLEO requirement to trusts, but the final rule is still up in the air.

Right now it would be a good idea to follow the link in post 8 by QRF so we can hopefully get this stopped.
