- Guns that had been legal but are being banned would be grandfathered in, but their owners must register their firearms with the state or sell them out of state within one year.
- Magazines are limited to a maximum capacity of seven bullets, down from the current 10

well it is new york what did you expect?

now the criminals can only have 7 rounds per magazine so that should save lives right

new york has the same problem as Illinois the population is so high in the inner city that the major city controls most legislation that passes in the state. i would be interested to see if it would have passes if you removed new york city residents and their officials form the voting process of the state
