A Connecticut judge completely ignored the plain text of the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act, allowing the Newtown parents lawsuit against Bushmaster to proceed.

Here's the worry: If the dismissal is appealed and makes it way up to SCOTUS...it could be a very big problem, given the current status of the court.
IMHO, there is no question of law here, at all. The law could not be more clear. Which is why this is so worrisome.
