NFA stamp

A stamp that's provided to me electronically, will be provided to the requesting federal agent electronically in return :D

Not that it'll ever come up. They got their tax money... all they care about.

I say show a COPY of the stamped transfer or manufacture form.
I think it could be an e-copy, as long as it looks legit and not a Photoshopped deal. Cops are well aware of Photoshop and they can consider that possibility when examining the proof you offer them.

If you say you have no duty to show a cop anything, unless it's a federal ATF agent, consider this:

Per Georgia law, all of the NFA stuff is generally banned, and the burden is on you, the gun owner, to make an "affirmative defense" showing that you meet some exception to the general rule.
One such exception is that the weapon or device is properly registered with the federal government.
So I say yes, any LEO in Georgia can arrest you if you are seen with an NFA weapon and you "plead the fifth" or otherwise refuse to show your paperwork to the officer.
You could be earning yourself a trip to jail, a felony arrest, a $10,000 bail (of which you'd pay 13% to a bonding company as a fee), and the loss of your weapons (they'd be held "as evidence") for months, possibly years, until you and your lawyer decided to show your Form 4 with its stamp to the DA's office investigator.

See O.C.G.A. 16-11-125, and note that "This Part" of the law in question there is everything from 16-11-120 through 125. It's Georgia's Firearms and Weapons Act, which only applies to especially dangerous stuff like the NFA also regulates.
