NFALawyers Initial Review of 41P

Roughly how much does it cost to set up the trust? I know the stamp costs $200 but am not sure how much the trust would cost.
Right at 100 give or take. I believe NFALawyers the guy that started this post is 99$. He is who I and many others used.

I'm debating on going ahead and SBRing another rifle just to have another one

Hydroauto is correct! $99. Comes with all instructions. Basically get it notarized and 2 witness signatures at the same time and it's done. Register at the atf eforms site and efile ur form 1 and pay 200. That simple. Go to YouTube and follow mrgunsngear form 1 efile. Very easy to follow. Only catch is ur trust upload can't be bigger than 3mb's. So load it in as many parts as u need. Example ×××trust part 1. ×××trust part 2. Each one being at or under 3mbs. Make sense?

that is alot less than I was thinking, sounds like I know what my tax return is possibly going towards.

I wanted to get an sbr within the next year our two but I guess I'm not getting one, I'm not getting fingerprinted to own a damn rifle. Maybe one day in my lifetime they will do away with the NFA.... or atleast a man can dream lol

If its an AR all you have to do is register the lower and build the rifle whenever you want down the road.

Just saw this on another forum:

If the applicant entity has had an application approved as a maker or transferee within
the preceding 24 months, and there has been no change to the documentation previously
provided, the entity may provide a certification that the information has not been changed since
the prior approval and shall identify the application for which the documentation had been
submitted by form number, serial number, and date approved.

Am I correct in interpreting this to say that you only have to go through the pictures and fingerprinting once every 2 years and as long as nothing has changed you can simply provide certification (maybe some form or affidavit to sign) saying such you DO NOT have to get fingerprinted and submit photographs for each new purchase?
