NFALawyers Initial Review of 41P

That's kind of my question too, see here, except I see the AND as well as an OR than I think re-introduces the co-trustees to the requirements.

In legal speak "and" and "or" have completely different meanings. In no way do I believe they are only going to make the settlor submit fingerprints. This whole thing is about making it a pain in the butt.

Same thing Dean said except he has already cut through the BS and is letting you know that their trusts are already set up to exclude the other Trustees from needing the extra submissions. Dean put it into easily understood terms where those guys are using scare tactics (keeping the broad definitions in the write up to make it difficult to understand what's being required) to get your business.

I was thinking this too, as they kept discreetly throwing out there, it's not too late get ur trust here now! LMAO!

Lol@ ginger lives... do they really?

Can I ask you a question that will probably only illuminate my ignorance? I glanced over this thing during my morning constitutional and it kept saying firearm. I didn't say the word suppressor or silencer once. Does the NFA consider a suppressor a firearm? Or did I just miss it in my glancing?

Suppressor used to not be considered firearms. The ATF has kind of changed their minds in recent years.

I didn't read it that way. The general interpretation, other than that by H heavyd is that trustees are a responsible person. H heavyd how is your trust written differently?
