I currently have SS baffles in my 22 can, I only shoot 22 through it, do you think I could NiBx them and them be easier to clean or?

I don't know if it would work. When you NiBx, you add on diameter which could not work. Suppressors are made to the point! If you NiBx the baffles, I don't think it would fit into the suppressor tube. Like my TiRant, the baffles have to be pushed put perfectly or else it won't come out. Even a small grain of gun powder will make it stuck into the tube.
if the tolerances allow it, it cant hurt.
Stalking Rhino Industries tested it and said it provided no benefit. While it may keep carbon loose it didn't have an effect on molten lead.
